ugly triangle.nope.square i guess.....

i like this guy-Kurt aka Turtle, and he likes me back ((yay)) but...(of course there's a but) my best female friend also likes him. i've known shes liked him for awhile, but didnt know turtle liked me back, now sam is (i think) mad at me b/c kurt likes me back....
part 2: she llikes someone else and guess what!!!!
he likes me too(i dont like him that way....)

i have liked him for so long and she hasnt,
shouldnt she be happy for me or w/e?
so then she pulled the whole guilt trip thing on me saying stuff like: no guy i like ever likes me back, im not good enough or pretty enough.
so here i am thinking-sam you've had so many more relationships than me((ive been in like a FEW)) and you've dated guys i've never even talked to , and now i've finally got a guy i really like to like me back , you hate me??-((dint actually say))

Well.. in my opinion, she should back off and be happy for you since you have liked him longer. I can't really tell you what to do, and I've never been in that situation before.. but no guy is worth a friendship. and if you two are really good friends, then that's not something that you want to let go of for a guy. You should talk to her, and let her know how you feel. That is all the advice I have.. sorry.. I'm not good at this. lol.

thanks, lol. and shes been friends with me longer than i have with him , but me and turtle grew very close friends very quickly, and im good friends with john too(the other guy that likes me and sam likes) but he knows i like someone else and is not horridly upset. its a sucky mess but i think(((HOPE)) it will untangle soon enough.....

I've been in a situation some what the same. If you havn't made a promise not to go out with guys you both like, i see why she would be mad. If that's not the case, if she were a true friend, she wouldn't be upset. Talk to her and tell her how you feel. If you really like the guy and you tell her she should be happy for you and support you. If she isn't, no affense, she's not a true friend. Friendships are a something people charish and if someone is a true friend, they always stick by your side. My friend Kathy and i were in a situation like this a year ago and the guy we both liked, liked her. At first i was upset because we made a promise, but after a day i was happy for her. We have been friends for 10 years and to ruin a life long friendship over a guy, is pathetic. I hope i helped. Good luck.

definetly go out with him and take the risk, your best friend will be jealous of course but she should put herself in your shoes. If she was in the same situation, wouldnt she go out with the guy too? i know i definetly would!! lol
