help me, help a friend PLEASE I BEG YOU---BEFORE TIME RUNS OUT!!

i have these two friends...a guy and a girl...duh. well they are both my BEST friends and they were dating...well my guy friend was going through some stuff and thought about commiting suicide so he got set away to a hospital/ juvinal center. well now my girl-friend is really really really depressed about this guy and she tells him he's killing her and she wrote me a note at school BEGGING me to help her get over him. she really did love him and i know what she's going through but i dont know how much longer she's gonna hold it in until she gets pushed over the edge. I DONT KNO WHAT TO DO!! PLEASE SOMEONE ANYONE HELP ME SAVE MY BEST FRIEND BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!!!!!!!!!

Why can't she wait for him.. If she really loves him she should be able to wait won't she..?

he doesn't want her back it seems...he's cheated on her and lied to her. he still lies to her. he goes over to her friends' houses and has girls at his. she really just needs to get over him...they've already made bad dicitions thats why they arent aloud to date...she sneaks out to see him and i went with her once. we got caught and in trouble and had to lie to stay out of trouble. my dad love's him...not in that way...so he wouldnt care...but her parents HATE him for everything.

it must be tough to be in such an awkward and depressing situation for you , friends and partners are supposed to make our problems and burdens lighter not even worse...

she should just wait for him...i had to wait for my bf to get out of jail for a year an a half...he told me many times to move on and i never did...good luck

I've had to deal with this TWICE in the last two weeks, accept both my friends DID it..and went throught with it..I woke up and got an E-mail from my best friend ever telling me how sorry she was and she loved me..
Thankfully both are okay..and I am glad..

But really, there is nothing you can do.. NOTHING but stall, I mean sooner or later your are NOT going to be there and they will snap and do it..Hopefully she won't but you never know...

Just talk to her and what not..Try to be there for her like a good friend..Believe me it helps..I kept my cell on for a few days after my friends did it...I told them Text or call if they need me and they did..Grant-it..I lost HOURS of sleep..went about 9 days with less then 24 hours of sleep and got sick after, but I was always there and both are doing better and have their lives back on track..
