am i too young to be in love

It all depends on many things. Love is not something that comes easily and most younger kids throw around those 3 little words like it has no meaning at all. I can't say whether or not 13 year olds can be in love, I can say at 13, I thought that I was in love but looking back on it, I realized it was nothing but an infatuation of this guy. As to the answer for your question, I don't believe that they can. They can have feelings for another and misinterpret it as love because of their inexperience. But that's just my opinion.

I agree wit her, but my neighbours who are 74 years old have been together for 60 years now, So it is possible but I just don't think it happens alot =)

My aunty had her first baby at 15, her daughter is now 40. She has been with the same guy since she was 15, and she's now 55 so yeah, I guess so.

I don't think you can fall in love at that age, because love is suppose to last, and relationships at your age rarely last. So I doubt it would be love. Maybe lust or infatuation. It's a learning experience, but don't over use the word.

Yes you can! i'm so sure that enormous feelings such as the love for another, can develop at that age.
All it really depends on is your own mental maturity. love is so strong, an amazing feeling, and to be fair i pity you to fall in love at such a tender age. True romantic love stories do occur, but please watch your little heart. Love destroys life so be careful!

its just not the same as when your older, but its still love. if you really love him, dont hold back! or let anyone hold you back! youll only end up with regrets! trust me!

You aren't even in highschool yet. Why are you talking about falling in love? Kids your age should be enjoying the outdoors instead of dating. It really does annoy the other people around you when you are trying to act older and you're not. Don't you get mad when you see someone in their 30's acting like a kid? Right. Now when you grow up, to like, the age where you can get a license, tell me you're still in that 'oh so loving' relationship. I bet you won't.

I'm trying to be negative or give you a hard time. It's the truth, live with it. You won't realize it until you're older. People are telling you this for your own good. Accept it, appreciate it and live with it.

i think that if you are in love you will know it no matter what age no one can tell you that your not in love you know how you feel and no one can change that. there are alot of times when you think you are in love and then somethin comes up that makes you realize how stupid you were thinkin you could actually be in love with someone trust me it has happened to me so many times its not even funny.

That's the way love is, full of emotions and complications that words can't describe. To me, love is when that person will dy for you...just on the extreme side...no offense.

Yeah, you are really too young in love, your age is just in a good time for learning in all aspects, like schooling and human relationship etc...

Please don't waste your valuable golden time in studying. School is your place to get more fun at the time being...
