I Need Some More Advice.

Not every older guy is mature and not every younger guy is immature. Second, the things we want change all the time. Today you might like older guys, tomorrow younger, and so forth. Third, if you just ended a relationship don't rush into one until you know your ready to handle it because then you'll either hurt yourself or hurt the boy.

^I agree with all of the above posts. Not all guys that are older are mature. In some cases, younger guys are more mature. Your decision should be based on feeling not maturity.

if i were you i would just step back from the dating scene for a while and just look at your goals and work towards them and when the right guy comes along you will definately know it

Eight years is a bit much. I don't think you should get involved with a guy that much older at your age, but nobody can control your actions or feelings. Think about it though. There are pleanty of guys out there you could fall for who are around your age.

I am just giving up on that whole subject now considering i need to stop concentrating on guys and just consentrate on my life and graduating next year.

I think that's a good decision, but don't give up liking guys. Next year is your senior ball, and 12th grade is a good year to start a serious relationship because it has a greater chance of lasting. As of right now i think you're making a good decision.

Yeah i hope so. I know it is going to be kind of hard because I LOVE guys buy i got to do what is best for me and save them for later when i have actually done something with my life. I would NEVER give up on guys.
