recently my friends account was suspended for poems she pladgerized, this is understandable except for one problem, she was the author as I watched her write the poems. I have been trying to contact a mod. but no one has replied. I have also sent e-mails to the web Master.

I am unsure how it is proven that a peom is pladgerized, but i think there maby some bugs in the system. And would it also be possible that another author has copied a poem then accuses the origional peot of copying theirs, although there still is the submit date?

More recently, My account was suspended, only this time, I had poems from her account under mine, although she was the one who added them and she was properly credited I was still penalized. No one would have been able to report this though, as her account was suspended before I was accused of copying.

I am sure that I am not the only person this has happened to and certain that I am not the last.

Please explain how the system works and what i could do to re-enable my account. If you requist an e-mail please state the request in a reply to this post

So basically any author can accuse any author of pladgerism without any solid evidance. If theres someone who dosn't agree with your poetry then can simply have your account removed?

And I am not complaing about it, i only looking for answers and trying to contact an admin..which is really hard to do because ive been trying for a week.

I am a mod and I have almost no idea what you are talking about..

So, your friend got banned for plagarism, but you watched her type all the poems....well, that weird because no one just gets banned in here...whoever reported her would have to supply a link proving the theft...but regardless..not you are saying you have been banned for having her poems on your profile?

I'd say your real problem is that soemone one this site has it in for you, by which I mean doens't like you very much.

If you have e-mailed Janis, then that's the best thing...as we mods can't reanimate you.

We are two different people, but we are sharing this account for the moment.

As soon as my account is re-enabled I will remove al of Child~of~Darkness' poems.
