Any body with anoerxia please help

    errr... I am some what on the opposite side of the problem, I used to eat LOTS... so I don't think I can give you much help :( ... maybe find something that you like to eat, junk food are always the best (worst for me) place to start if you want to eat more... ice cream, chocolate, chips... maybe you should go out with your friends or family to veriaties of places to 'taste' different kinds of food, food from different culture... I hope that'll give you some ideas... :) take care

    Since you have the problem of vomiting after you force yourself to eat, start off with very small portions (I'm talking TINY!) 3 times a day at predictable times. Try to stick to it. After a week or two bump up a little on your portions, maybe after a while add a snack in here and there. Just try to build yourself up is what I would suggest.

    (I would also suggest also posting this in the depression category, I think you will get more ppl willing to read this at that place.)

    i read this book on this chick how had nervousa anorexia or something like that. It was called stick figure...you might want to read it. but you may not like it, i'm not sure if it would help or not.

    neways, the first thing to do is that you have a problem and you've done that. i think you have to tell someone about it, do your friends know...maybe if they knew they could help you. i think maybe at this point you may have to tell a doctor. i'm not anorexic myself but i have read lots of things on it. Maybe if you just start telling yourself good things about yourself enough you will start getting better self esteem which will in turn help w/ your problem.     i am recovering form a severe eating disorder

    im getting better

    but dont kill yourself like that

    i had to re learn how to keep food down

    i was so sick i was passing out
    losing my hair
    could stay a wake

    i got so weak i would just sleep all day
    and at night i would sleep but i would still think i was fat
    so at like 3:05
    everymorning i would get up and do sit ups

    its no life

    eat like 5 meals a day

    very very very small

    your stomach has shrunk
    so becareful not to over do it

    if you get pains then you need to cut your meals down

    i just got out of the hospital

    so i know
