how do i know if he loves me,, he tells me more than 5 times a day how much he needs me and cant live without me,, && have been in love for a year or so...

You can never truely tell at such an age, he might think he loves you, and then once he gets in a relationship, his feelings might change, when you are that young, your feelings change very fast.

But from the sounds of it, it sounds like he loves you.

please please listen. There is absolutely no way you can 'know' someone loves you. There isn't a mark that suddenly appears on their skin that could signify love. If he says he loves you so much, then trust him, for the love of God. If you find it so hard to trust him, then maybe the feelings you should be questioning are your own.
