No.. well i write sad poems not because i want anyone's sympathy or pity all i want is to let go of it through expressing myself in an artistic way.. and later on accept it and learn to let go.

The poems that mean the absolute most to me.. and are my deepest, are stored in a box underneath my bed.

Poetry is a way of expressing emotion. If you write a sad poem, you have found your release and you have found a healing process inside of the literature.

I myself, do not sit down before writing a sad poem and say, "I want everyone to read this, so that I can have sympathy." Not at all. I sit there and I say to myself.. "The only way to sort my head, is to put it on paper to clear my mind." And then I heal. If i wish to share it.. It means something to me. If I don't.. if it's too personal, to where I feel as though it would pain me to show anyone else, I lock it in my box.

I hope it would be the same for others.
Poetry is a way of emotion. Sadness being one.
