That's kinda like the one guy that tried to sue Mcdonalds for his obesity.... He actually won that case you know. I mean, who knew - Fried and fake greased food is fattening! *gasp*

Oh and there was a lady I once saw, getting really angry and threatening to sue a pet store because... When she pulled on the cats tale it turned around and bit her. Pfft, and people say that lonely old ladies end up with eight cats, I think she may have to make friends with her couch wall instead.

I love how comical these years of my life are. It's like with added age comes less IQ - only the lost IQ points aren't mine, it's everyone else that's gettin' stupid.

Anywho, Now that I've had my bigheaded moment, and read a story that (surprisingly enough) didn't surprise me as much as it might have a year ago... I'm off to sleep :). Night.

the usa needs to keep those lawsuits, it's (i think) the only country in the world which such stupid lawsuits, you keep 'em, it gives us something to laugh :p

i heard a story about a guy who decided to break into someones house and sued the houseowner because the dog attacked him and the dog was not restrained. he won the case too.

A girl here got a tattoo done, a -very- tacky looking, 4 inch winnie the pooh bear at the top of her arm. She was 14. Her mother sued the tattoo shop, and the girl claimed "I didn't know it was permanent" Oh ok, it hurt, but you didn't think it was permanent!

I know of one. A girl had just spilled coffe on her lap wehen going through the McDonlds drive through, then was able to sue McDondles.

lol...apparantly in sum places if u get hit by a car, the person driving it can sue u for damaging their car...i dunno, but that sounds kind of DUMB to me....lol....whats the world coming to???? :D

I heard one about a guy who collected cigars and insured them... then he smoked all of them and claimed somebody burned them... then the insurance company sued him for arson. lol !

My sister read online about an elderly lady who washed her dog and then put it in the microwave to finish drying it off. Of course, the dog ended up exploding so she sued the microwave company for not having a warning label on the microwave and she actually won.
Apparently she used to use a toaster oven to do this and didn't understand that a toaster oven and a microwave are two different things.
Still a pretty stupid lawsuit either way.

that is horrible! that dog must have been in so much pain, wow...she should have been punished for animal cruelty or something.
