Help! Quick!

Ok heres my problem...theres a school dance tonight. Problem? My ex-girlfriend practically begged me to go tonight so that she'd have someone to talk to. It's been a long time and I havent quite lost feelings for her, but after she broke up with me she started going out with this guy and then he moved. So what do you think? Should I go to the dance or not? Help quick please, the dance is tonight!

Well I went, but it turned out that she -did- have somebody to talk to, so she went off with them and left me all by myself sooooo I left and came back home. So much for that~ Oh well, sae-la-vee.
