I'm looking for a poem about a military fathers love

I read this poem at a craft fair once and it didn't say who it was written by but I didn't like the matting or paper it was on and didn't feel like paying $30 for something I wouldn't put anywhere & I figured I could find it online and so far have failed to do so any help would mean alot Thanks.
