i have this boyfreind hes nice and all but he dose not know when to stop.

What do you mean doesn't know when to stop. do you mean doesn't know when to stop sexualy or annoyingly. What.

Whatever he doesn't stop with, if you say no, that means no. He should take it seriously and stop. If not, he's not worth the time because he won't take the time to listen to you.

You tell him no, it's as simple as that. If he is unable to respect that than he is not worth your time. Don't EVER let somebody push you past your comfort boundaries!
