i dont understand how love could ever break

i don't think love breaks, it just goes dormant. read my thread on love, it's near the top "A Thread on Loving People" for my theory on it, if you care.

My first love was Gemma Schrum
she is no longer my 'love', though I constantly suspect that if we lived in the same town she could be

she lives in north carolina, i normally live in california (i'm currently in texas working).

My first (and only) love was Helen. She broke up with me half a year ago and i still think about her every night. I don't think love ever breaks. As time progresses, your differences and incompatabilities become more obvious and if they are great enough, they break you up. But in my case, i was too slow.

don't you think maybe love can only be called love after you've discovered your 'incompatabilities'?

i'd have to agree and say that love doesnt ever really end, it just changes..

and i am still crazy for him, but we are no longer together because he is wayy more religious than i am and he decided we couldnt be together any longer because i didnt love God as much as he did. and he didnt think since we were at different schools that anything good would come from it..

i agree with you on that love should last forever. in a perfect world love would last forever, but again love changes. just like you and me change. everyone's personalities change so what you used to love about a person could just bother the hell out of you now.

but i believe deep down love is always there. i will always love andrew even though right now seeing him hurts, i still love and care about him and that wont change. even if he never loved me

My first love was my boyfriend.
Yes. But I broke up with him yesterday. We will be talking about it tomarrow, and seeing what we feel would be the best for both of us.
