    I eat regularly. But I'll eat more healthy stuff. I'll drink a lot more water and not a lot of diet soda. I used to eat anything at McDonalds. Well now I can only eat the filet fish and a snack wrap. thats all I can stand to eat. No cheeseburgers or nothing! Not after I watched that SuperSize me movie! YUCK!

    Just imagine yourself the ideal weight you want to be and decide what you think is healthy or not.

    Run for an hour in the morning and run for ecleast 2 hours in the afternoon =] eat sencibly and try not to sit down, just standin up all day burns 48 callories :D

    Ah yes and if you can help it drink instead of eat, most of the time when your hungry your actually tursty.

    Lay off the junk food and eat more but smaller portions, and I walk that's what I do

    I find the hardest part about excersicing is the fact that im lazy lol but ive been walking for about a bit less than an hour each day and 2 keep me going i listen 2 my music and u match the beat with ur steps. It really does work coz u kinda get into a habit and u are briskly walking without even knowing.

    DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!! that is unhealthy!!

    I'm on an old diet that was originally used for patients who are about to undergo heart surgery, if they needed to lose weight fast but healthily.

    I know the best way to keep off weight is to change your lifestyle, eat less, and exercise more but this diet is a great kick start. I've already lost 7 pounds in a week

    Weight watchers is a good program,its flexible and you don`t starve. if you follow it, the weight comes off gradiual but steady . its also a healthy diet. it recomends lots of water,excercise, fruit,vegetables and offers lots of support. look it up on the net.

    I eat less......it really works, and fast. But you probably shouldn't go anorexic. I dk. Do what you want.
