I eat regularly. But I'll eat more healthy stuff. I'll drink a lot more water and not a lot of diet soda. I used to eat anything at McDonalds. Well now I can only eat the filet fish and a snack wrap. thats all I can stand to eat. No cheeseburgers or nothing! Not after I watched that SuperSize me movie! YUCK! |

I find the hardest part about excersicing is the fact that im lazy lol but ive been walking for about a bit less than an hour each day and 2 keep me going i listen 2 my music and u match the beat with ur steps. It really does work coz u kinda get into a habit and u are briskly walking without even knowing. |
