Warning to those who abuse voting system

allow only one vote per write.

First I would like to thank you for this site.
Posting and sharing for free is sweet indeed.
A new writer inspired by this web site I have grown.
By comments good and bad and by votes hi and low.
Over the last week or two most of my high votes
dropped from 4 or 5 to 3s some 3.1and lower.
Tell me if I’m wrong, does a 1vote knock a vote
down a 1/2 point or more. And does a 5 only bump up
an exciting vote one/tenth. Like from a 4 to a 4.1
To be honest my last posts I have voted on knowing the
phantom rater is going to hit. Some of the comments
made to me have mentioned the fact and I give praise
to those comments. A vote to myself is a cheat to
myself, I hate haven to do that. Can you make it so
a member or non member "can vote only one time on
a write."
And members with more then one user name
with the same I/P address "allowed one vote per write."
I notice my poems with 2 or 3 votes went to 5 or more
In less then an hour. Knocking high votes to low votes.
Sorry this is so long, I just had to get it out and ask.

I just had this problem today ! n i was like shocked all day long ! it made me too sad to see my poem droped badlly after having it on the Top Rated Poems !!! That WAS UNFAIR !

coz i figured out that its toooo easy to drop others poems!!! but that is just soo unfair !!!

even if i saw poems that are higher than mine,i would shurly go read it n enjoy the read ! n i could never never drop a poem coz of some kinda Contest !! coz i believe that every poem is beautiful is some way ! How come doing thaaaaat!!!!

today i was totally shocked n never thought thats something like this could happen here ! But indeed u need to find a way to stop THAT !

I Think we can solve it a bit !! the poems that enter a contest or a Top rated chart ,I think it has to be blocked in some kinda way ,i mean no voting allowed after being rated to some fair point ! or whe it enters the Chart !
