Well, I think he might be telling the truth maybe he is feeling trapped. About getting back together with him, well it depends on his actions while he wasn't going out with you, if he said he needed time alone and then went out with someone a week after I personally would not go back out with him. I wouldn't wait for him. It could be a long time before he is ready to commit to a relationship. That may not even be the problem, he may have just thought that was an easier way to break it off.

Sometimes that's just the nicest way to break up someone.

*Rolls eyes* I wouldn't go back with him. If he told you two different things...then there is something else going on...and you should talk to him and find out the REAL reason...but I would just let me go and move on. It will take time...but you can do it.

Well, he's young, maybe he doesn't want to be in a relationship right now. Move on I guess.

Dang, I really enjoyed being single as a kid. I was actually happy, didn't have to worry about some girl breaking my heart. That's the problem with teenagers. The 'cutting' the 'depression', all of that stuff, because of 'dating' and 'relationships'. Enjoy your teenage years worrying about other things. You have the rest of your life to worry about relationships.

I dont think you should get back with him unless you're feelings for him are REALLY strong. If hes not ready now its kinda as if he is putting you on hold till he is, which is lame. So if I were you I would really consider not getting back with him unless you feel like you really need him.
