love: myth or reality?

i beleive love is what you make of it. if you both really want it to work i belive it could happen. if one or both of you dont care it doesn't stand a chance.

I think that love is just a chemical reaction!! I wish that I didn't think that way, but I've been done wrong about 3 too many times!! I could go on and on all day long, but what's the point...let's just say that I am jaded!!! But in reply to GoldenKnight... I would love to be a believer and I hope that someday I will be just that!!!!

it doesn't matter if it is real or not, love is (as GoldenKnight said) what you make of it. This argument sorta is impossible, since those who do not believe in love have trouble experiencing it, and those who do believe in love think they have experienced it. So I mean, there is no rational way to prove whether love exists. Me? I think it does. But someone who has gone through many bad and short relationships might say that love is nothing but an illusion. Maybe we are both right?

love is real it's a feeling of great likeness to a person or thing love is real but our judgement is often clouded therefore we pick bad people

It is easy to believe in love when you were in love. But really, out of 100 people, there might be only 3 or 5 people who might have been truly loved. I dont know why people bother to call crushes as love?

On the other hand, i believe in love it's just that it is hard to find so i'm having a hard time believing it. i am clinging to a single thread as my faith. but i try i really do

I feel that love is just another word for lust. People say they are in love, but are they really, how can you know if you had never felt that feeeling ever before in your life. Mabye the feeling that you have, isnt love, but something else that cant be explained... " love is just a trigger of the brain and a chemical reaction between horomones."
