Help i am looking for a sweet love poem to give to my baby

I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years on and off but we do not count that really
he gave me a really sweet note and i wont to reply with a poem but i have given him all the ones i can think of and my mind is on my GCSEs at the mo not poems so if any really nice person has a good love poem then please say

hm.. sounds kinda specific maybe it would be better if you were to write it yourself that way he knows that it came from the heart and its more personal that way.. anyway srry I cant think of any off the top of my head.. good luck with finding/writing one though
