Alright so I'm not fat fat, but I'm not skinny either, I'm like in between but I can't wear a bathing suit because I've got that extra baggage I mean like I guess you can call me 'veluptuous' however you spell that, but I still have big legs and a little bit of a 'pouch' on my stomach. I know Im not overweight, but I want to be fit and slimmer. |

As far as your diet goes (diet: what you eat, not diet: eating less food), you want to eat less simple carbohydrates and unhealthy meats. Beef and pork products are far more likely to have visceral fat than poultry -- turkey being one of the best. Fish are also good for you as they are relatively low in fat (watch out for sodium intake though). |
