People that know a bit about poetry?

Ok I have decided I do want some people to read my poems, I don't really want just anyone to read them though I want someone that know's a little bit about what they are talking about, I am kinda getting sick of the "ohh your poems so good" comments I most of the time get...
All I really want is to know what people think on how good the poem is, I want people that will be blunt and point out any and every mistake. I don;t learn much about poetry from people saying that its and excelent poem no one does.
and if any one wants I can read some of their poems and be as blunt as all else, and I will do my best to help people in what they write.
