Moments Forever Faded

Sweet laughter from an innocent child
Tender lullabies whispered at night
A hand in hand walk across a busy street
Clear blue eyes of pure delight

Those are the moments forever faded
Stashed away in a dusty book
Those are the memories where I was me
Now to never again dare look

Gentle sunsets with you beside me
Holding me close for a soft kiss
Lost in the hues of red, pink and gold
Tis a moment I will sorely miss

A family reunion set in the hot summer
Water fights and yummy barbacues
Father and mother's face flash into my mind
Back then, I didn't have anything lose

Now as I lay upon my ghostly pale deathbed
myself, fading from the passing of time
Through a crystal I look upon these moments
These moments will remain as mine

Summer rain

When the world is captured by insufferable heat
When people feel it’s hard to breathe
Summer rain- like the tears of angels
Brings coolness and freshness to the thirsty eyes

Preferring to immerse myself in the summer rain
Rendering the raindrops dampening my heart
If you happen to feel something salty in the wind
It’s the tears from a yearning soul

Longing to walk hand in hand with my beloved
Bathing ourselves in the dancing rain
Racing our beating hearts with the beautiful melody
The whole world escapes but the sweet memories

If everyone cared, they would notice me
Sitting on this empty sidewalk

If everyone cared, they might give me food
To soothe my empty stomach

If everyone, or anyone cared
They could read my messy cardboard sign

If anyone at all cared
Their family would be mine

If everyone in the world cared
About people like me

If everyone and anyone did
Everyone like me would probably be seen

If everyone on earth cared, I wouldn't be
Holding a cardboard sign

I would be so rich, because
The whole world would be mine

Tomorrow's another day

The sky fell into darkness,
As the rain came pounding down,
The bath filling with blood,
As I began to drown,

A car crashed through the night,
Into depths of a tree,
Leaves scattered everywhere,
So they could rescue me,

Mother pulled the plug for me,
So I could have her bed,
Dying for my stupidity,
Just so I could rest my head,

Father looks down with disgust,
Pure hate in his eyes,
I stabbed my brother through the heart,
For he murdered with despise,

I fought each battle to no end,
Until there was no more,
I trembled with what I had done,
Father on the floor,

I stood above my creation,
Then pondered if I should stay,
But I remember those noble words,
Tomorrow's another day.

I look down at the ground
I cannot meet your smile
I cannot look into your eyes
I cannot gaze upon your sweet vision..

My shiny hair falls delicately
Over my blushing face
And the secrets within me
Linger behind these hazel eyes..

My thoughts flash back and forth
Remaining here and there
Wanting to escape
Wanting to be told..

I hold my mouth shut
And let my eyes do the talking
I look at you bashfully
My eyes full of hope and love
Because behind these hazel eyes
Lay the secrets that wish to be revealed..

You look at me carefully
Not daring to believe
The secrets I am trying to expose..

Doubt fills your mind
Until you clearly see
That little smile
Placed carefully upon my sugary lips
And the sparkle of adoration
That floats behind these hazel eyes..

You gently pull
My face to yours
And place a gentle kiss
Upon my soft lips..

And as love drifts around
In the light breeze
A couple embraces
Sharing love's first kiss
The magic flowing
From each person's soul..

My fears are released
And the secrets uncovered
These hazel eyes
Finally free of all the secrets
They contained..

And as these hazel eyes
Clear their slate with tears of joy
They happily embark
On the start of a long journey
In the arms of love..

Evaporates with the morning dew,
but the scent stays with my pillow--
like it was as good as new--
it smells of your sweet sweat
and apple shampoo;

don't c'mon ME, I wrote a poem about Apple Shampoo, for the love of God.

~What Went Wrong~

I feel disconnected,
like a plant uprooted.
Thought I was good,
but was not the best suited.

Swept off my feet,
like a leaf off its tree.
How things have changed,
now the rest, memories.

Why did I miss out,
what didn't I see?
Could things have differed,
if it weren't me?

I used to be great,
the best of the field.
What has happened to me,
and the weapons I'd wield?

Now, that I am disarmed,
and left unprotected,
this mirror emits
an unfamiliar reflection.

A person unknown,
to my family and friends.
A person alone,
the means to an end.

The end of all arguing,
and upset in life,
I've changed my ways,
without the help of a knife.

Why is this not enough
for all of you to see,
that I want my own life,
without the help of therapy?

Can't Take my Eyes Off you

I know that I’m obsessive, I that I annoy,
But you must understand, you’re a different kind of boy.
I don’t know what it is about you, but I really care,
No matter how hard I try, can’t get my eyes off your hair.

And I can’t take my eyes off you darling, no way,
I could keep on staring at you, day after day.
Don’t know why, but I’d wait forever for you,
Darling, I love you, forever I would wait. This is true.

I know that you don’t like me, you’re mad I hear,
Each time you turn your back, my eyes start to tear.
Don’t know why I still love you, after all your done to me,
But each time I see your face, you’re the only one I see.

I can’t do this anymore, by heart is breaking more and more,
Every time I watch you, walk out the door.
I feel like crying, and like dying. Don’t know what to do,
All that I really know, is I can’t stop loving you.

I can’t take my eyes off you darling, no matter what,
I’d do anything for you darling, but you keep yourself shut.
Don’t know why, no I don’t, but I’d wait forever for a kiss,
Don’t know why. All I know is that I love you, I swear on this.

Between us two,
we'll never be the same
we've done to much
to bring each other pain.

The laughs and joys
hidden by the tears and cries.
Its suprising that our friendship
has yet to die.

You kissed him
and I kissed her
we fought for days
over something absurd.

Things just got too complicated
and we let it get to us to much.
I still have yet to figure out
why you still keep in touch.

You know I love you
more than anyone.
But how can you forgive me
for what I have done?

I dont deserve the way
you treat me like a friend.
After all we've done to each other
our friendship should have end.

I guess we were never friends
but always something more.
After all we went through
and even before.

The way we make up
and start anew once again
makes me think
that we are better than friends.

I love you more than anything
and I promise I always will
It'll make things complicated
But we seem to seek that thrill.

meh, WOW I had total writer's blockage writing this but....here you go:

Time Stands Still

Dreams cast a vision in me
Your name is only a whisper
Time stands still in my eyes
I feel this was meant to be

You are everything that I
Want to last in my dreams
And in secret spaces of
The story inside a grey eye

And here I am for all time
Knowing we are destiny
Belonging to the sleepless
Mind of a speaking mime

Your every move is love
A white stag to my heart
Free forever in the skies
My savior, a white dove

Standing calmly as I awake
The clock stops ticking
This time belongs to you
To resolve the still opaque

I pray you feel how much
This moment with you has
Helped time stand still
For the last time we touch

Bad Day

Horrible pain is all I feel
Hatred is all I feel from him
Torturing my soul

I feel useless and unwanted
Nothing but sadness comes from me now

He has ripped me apart
Enjoying every minute of it

Taking a hammer to my heart
Shattering it into pieces
I can never be whole

He laughs at my depression
Thinking it is all a game

But I'm dying inside
I will never let him know
What he has done to me
