    this might not work for everyone, but i'll give it a shot.

    most of us go through pain, sadly it is apart of life.
    and some of deal with in a way where we self harm our selves, now i won't judge, i don't know what any of you are going through, but i want to at least give another and in my opiuon better and healthier way to deal with the pressures of life.

    when ever you're haveing a hard time, or going through something very difficult, or you're upset about something in the past, etc. try just writting it all down.
    whether it be in a poem..or just your thoughts, your opiuons, whatever.
    i've done this alot, and it always helps. because im not one to confront others, i just write down what i would like to say to them, so i can get it off my chest.
    that way it doesn't build up to the point where i can't take it anymore.

    truly i hope this does help some people out, if it doesn't that's ok, i just wanted help in anyway i could.

    i do that when i am sad it really does help me i think thast why i stopped cutting myself aswell

    Everybody's different and I'm sure you understand that. I've tried this many times and it never helped, it only made the pain and thoughts more worse. I wrote all the time and the only thing it did was make me think about suicide more and think about dark places and being alone. But sometimes it helps to be with friends and trying to find a b/f or g/f to take up most of your time so you dont really think about most of the things your going through and maybe they could talk to you about it and help you through.
