I NEED SOME HELP!!!

mE AND MY BEST FRIEND ARE LIKE CLOSE BUT I WANT TO GET CLOSER. WELL ONE DAY WE WENT OUT BUT ENDED BRAKING UP BECAUSE IT FELT WEIRD. NOW WE ARE STILL FRIENDS AND ITS BEEN A YEAR SINCE WE WENT OUT, I MOVED BUT SUDDENLY I FEEL LIKE THE ONLY PLACE I WANT TO BE IS WITH HIM, BUT LATELY HES BEEN MEAN AND I WISH I COULD TELL HIM HOW I FEEL, MY MOM SAYS I CAN MOVE BACK BUT IT FEELS LIKE THERE IS NOTHING REALLY TO MOVE BACK TO SO I HAVE TO MAKE A CHOISE WETHER TO MOVE BACK OR STAY.
SO BASICALLY I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN I TELL THE PERSON I LOVE HOW I FEEL AND SHOULD I MOVE BACK OR STAY?

Went out but ended braking up because it felt weird
Now we are still friends and its been a year since we went out,
I moved but suddenly I feel like the only

I could tell him how I feel my mom says I can move back but I feel like there is nothing to really go back to so I have to make a choice weather to move back or stay

Stay, If you already had a bad experience while dating him it is likely that that will happen again, you have already moved, make new friends and than you will always meet another boythat you will like =) especially since your 'best friend' has been mean to you..

Telling the person you love how you feel should be easy. Figuring out how you feel is harder. No where in the rest of your post do you mention love, and I think it was better off that way. I don't think you should say you love him, and I think you need to consider the possiblity that you don't love him, you're just afraid of letting go and moving on with the rest of your life.

I think you should stay where you are get make new friends, find a new guy, and get going with the future.

If you love him, tell him you like him, dont come right out with love. my heart has been broken too many times because of that. Stay where you are, as they say, "distance makes people wise", and if he likes you the way you like him, he will come to you. make new friends, meet new people, if he doesnt like you, find someone else.

You misunderstood me. When people say that they love someone, I automatically assume that they've gone through all the things that would lead them to love them, including an open relationship. When I said it shouldn't be hard to say what you feel, I didn't mean confession-wise, I mean in general, like whether you're unhappy about this or having doubts about that.

Where does it make sense for you to move back to a guy that you aren't even sure feels the same way, and you also don't even know if the relationship will work or not since it failed once already....??

I think that you should enjoy the fact that you are 16 years old, and live in Cali, and find someone that is right for you. That guy might be a great friend, but maybe that is why you miss him...because he's your best friend!!!! I wouldn't let it go anywhere past that if you ask me.
