Complaint Section.

Here's a crazy idea, but not so crazy at the same time, how about a complaint fourm? Or section I do not know what you call it. But any ways, everyone keeps on complaining on the Feedback and suggestions, it's not for complaints I believe. If you have enough room then cool. I am tired of looking at complaints. When I am supposed to see suggestions that I want to give feedback on.

Yeah that is usfull too, the e-mails. But I would hate to read all the complaints via e-mail. Just to much work. Well, I think it is. Unless you have some sort of system for it then that is cool. Any how, yeah the complaint fourm would probably be less stressful, :P

No one in here should just complain about something without offering an idea about how things could be improved.

So I say let the feedback section stand as is, and anyone who thinks a function of this site doesn't work very well can state why, and then say what could be done to fix it.

Complaints solve nothing, and are really quite boring.

Indeed, but a lot of people complain about complaining. If you like that irony. But while the Feed back fourm is flooded with complaints, then where are the suggestions? I mostly see complaints on here.

Also, one can reply to the complaints. Like, ''Why was I banned'' A lot of the disscustions are locked, leaving the reader to want to know more and then more and more topics are made.

I personally think that threads like "why was I banned" is exactly the reason WHY there shouldn't be a complaint forum. Why someone was banned is between the person and the moderator, and maybe the admin if the person wants to contest it. That's all. It isn't some public display, this isn't a circus or anything. Those sorts of complaints should be handled privately, because they're private issues. The rules are posted publicly, breaking them is your own business.

Not that i think this is a good idea, but it would be a cool place to vent, let off some steam, without annoying everybody. Leaving "feedback and suggestion" forum free from clutter. On the other hand, it would be like talking to a brick wall. Who in the world would actually want to read the endless complaints... It's not like you get paid to do it (or do you?)... If there was a section almost everything posted in it would be a waste of the readers time. Cause if it truely were important i'm sure they would definitey email a moderator.

In conclusion making the forum, would act very similar to the "Requests to read/comment poems" forum. It merely shifts the clutter to one localised point, neatening out all the forums, therefore serving it purpose, but you'll have another 10,000 or so thread posts in which the general population of the site couldn't care to enter or read about.

    Till next time,

no, we do not get paid for it...

If people need to vent so bad... do it on paper... or in a word document. No need to expose us to the negativity.

Actual problems with feasible solutions are more than welcome in this forum. Complaining about something that can't be helped (or already has a working solution - ie: downvoting) is not necessary.
