Looking for a poem!

My looking for a poem I read on this website once buy cant find it anymore. I forgot what the title and author was. It was a best friend poem. I do remember a few line from it thought. It goes like this "She a special lady, the ones who's alway in my heart." If someone find a poem like that please let my know. Thx.
