I think that you should make sure your ex knows that you only want to be friends, especially since you have a new crush, and he has a girlfriend. Even if your ex has feelings for you still, it doesn't change the fact that he does have a girlfriend.

^^^I agree that you need to tell your ex that you only like him as a friend. He obviously likes to touch other girls when his g/f isn't around. Don't get involved with your ex. Focus on your crush. Your b/f has no right to touch your crush because he has a g/f and is nothing more than friends with you. It's none of his concern who you like.

Ah scarry, talk to your ex tell him you like another person make it clear you just want to be friends. and if you can, maybe let his girlfriend know what he was doing, I'm not a fan of cheaters. cause if he did it to you, maybe he cheats on her alll the time. and tell your crush if you havent already!
