I fell in love with one my best friends

okk everyone i need some advice..
theres this boy that iv know for about 3 years now adn hes never been more then a freind, but this year things started changing between us when he told me he started to have feelins for me.. and thenw e started talkin for months n then we stopped because he didnt liek me anymore but threw thsoe months we talked i fell in love with him but never had enough guts to tell him. and now me n him are starting to talk alot again n he keeps asking to hang out adn all this but i keep sayin no because hes in a relationship but the girl treats him liek crap adn hes stilla best friend so he comes to me for advice and it kills me when he talks about how much he loves her and how much crap she puts him through.. i jus dont know what to do anymore he sends me mixed signals liek one minute h acts liek he likes me the nex he acts liek he hates me.
i jus dont know what to do anymore..
what shud i do.. jus help me out wtih some advice

ok dat sounds wwrong bcuz if u said dat some times he acts like he loves u an da next second he acts like he hates u to me dat is kinna mest up how culd love some1 like dat but wen u talk to him again i think u should tell him dat u like him bcuz believ me either it will turn out good an he will say he has liked u or hw still likes u or maybe he will say he dosent like u but either wuld b fine cuz u dont wana b wasting ur time rite well dat is jus my opinion cuz i told my best friend dat i liked him an we ended up goin out an he said he jus said dat he liked another girl bcuz he was afraid dat i wuld not like him so u c wut i mean so u shuld tell him n not b afraid
