Any widows or widowers here?

I lost my wife over a year ago to her heart attack. I was wondering if anybody else has lost a spouse and how you have dealt with it. I got to a griefshare meeting on Sundays. The hospital suggested hospice.

I am soo sorry for your loss, My boyfriend died ten month's ago, I am still finding it hard. I am thinking of going back to see a shrink, as that really helped me two years ago when my Mum died, Maybe it would help you to,the more you talk about thing's and how your feeling the better, Anyway I hope thing's get easier for you take care Sarah .
