I want to find this poem i read...

I am looking for a poem i read a while a go...

I know its about a girl and this man....

One of the lines is osmething about 'i wont let you jump it's no way to join the stars'

and another line is 'he showed her his scars for when he self harmed'

i think the scene is she is on a roof and plans to jump

i remember reading it along time ago and i really liked it i have looked everywhere can any one help me?????

Well, using the extremely limited search function I can either find nothing like it, or thousands like it.
