the first time i've fallen in LOVE. && i had no idea it would hurt this much. he's found someone new && i dont know
how to deal with it. i mean, we're still friends. but i really dont want to be "just friends". should i be ok with him leaving me? or is this just considered to be jealousy?

    Rachelle,

The only real "heartbreak painkiller" is time... There is no easy way to fix a broken heart. It takes time to let it heal. Don't let your feeling hurt your friendship either...

If he doesn't feel the same for you like you feel for him, then you should just let him be with his current girlfriend and try and be okay with him... You want him happy right? Well, it may hurt you, but he's probably happy...

    I dunno... Anyway, good luck.

Music, friends, work, time and reflection are your heartbreak painkillers.

Plus we're all here to help you with the burden because we've all been there, my dear.

"Well are there any painkillers designed to make you stop feeling?"

Antidepressants are good for that. I swear, it is the equivalent to walking around like a zombie.

Anyway, heartbreak is never easy, but it's just part of life. I can give you one piece of advice - let go. Don't hold on, because it'll talk longer, and it'll hurt more. Don't ever hold on for the hope that he might change his mind. It's never worth it.

Hey, I'm going through a break up..its been 3 weeks since my boyfriend of 2 and a half years and i decided that maybe we should split..man its been so weird without him, but you know something?..I'm surviving..tell yourself over and over you'll be ok because you will be. I've put all the stuff my boyfriend gave me in a box and stored it away..my theory is if me and him are truly meant to be together then we will be, but for now I'm just going to enjoy life whether it's with or without him.
