In Need Of HELP!

Okay my cheer team is having problems getting along and really getting into the spirit when we cheer at our football games! I am trying to find a poem that is inspirational and if it relates to cheer that would be cool 2!! if neone has read or written any poems like that I would be happy to know what its called so i can read it myself:) thanx
