I think that you should try to forget the feelings you have for your ex, or just focus on the ones you have for you current boyfriend.

Becuase if you did leave your current boyfriend for your ex you might regret it, since there's always the chance he'll just hurt you again.

well my dear, it is pretty hard getting over an ex. but there was a reason why you && him arent together. if he didnt hurt you before, you wouldnt be with someone new. my advice is, dont go back to the one who hurt you. instead care for the one who cares for you now :)

If it's making you go crazy, then tell him. But just be cautious about it.
