    hey! i need help on how 2 loose weight! i mean maybe i need advice on how 2 handle not eatin! im 7 stone 3 n i wanna get down 2 6 stone 3. im 5 ftf 5 so im FAT! please help me loose weight!!!

    One, if you're 98lbs, you're WAY under weight. Actually you would be in hospital geting medial attention. If you aren't fat, don't try and lose weight. Second, losing weight isn't simple, it takes time and work. Never skip meal, that's the worst possible way to do it, and you lose less weight anyways because your body holds on to fat when you don't eat. Third, all you have to do is watch the amount af fats, sugars, and calories you eat. Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. I would say eat non-fat yogurt (yoplait light) and drink a glass of milk, or have it with low-fat cereal. Exercise at least 3 times a week by getting out and having funs with friends. Taking walks, riding bikes, playing sports, skateboarding, whatever you like to do. You will start to lose weight, but it's dangerous to lose more than 2 pounds a week, so be careful. I disagree with cutting sugars out completely because pretty much all food has sugar anyways. It's not good to deprive yourself of the things you love. An ice cream once and a while won't hurt. Neither will a cookie, or a candybar, as long as you don't eat them all the time. It's all about portions.

    IVE LOST 2 POUNDS IN 4 DAYS!!!! (although i probably weigh less 2day coz I havnt eaten 2day-but im nearly down 2 7 stone-only got a bit left to loose!!! wooooooo-thanks people!!!

    If you're anorexic, you need to stop. You're putting your life in danger. If you think it will make you look and feel better, it won't. People think it's disgusting when you're boney. You have serious problems. If your parents aren't doing anything to help you, that's not right.

    Not eating isn't the best way to loose weight. First of all when you skip meals your matabolism actually slows because your body thinks it's starving. So whenever you do take in calories they stay longer. Also your hair, nails, and skin won't look nice anymore from lack of nutrients.

    If you weigh only that much, but think you look fat then just eat healthier and exercise. Lots of cardio. And besides it doesn't matter what the scale says, it's how you feel about yourself that matters most.

    im NOT ANOREXIC- i just hate myself n im rele fat, so when im slim I know i will feel happy and if i don't do it now-i might never do it- i need to take controll now!!! n thnx 4 all your advice- ive got a gym membership so im gonna start going at least 3 times a week!!! woooooo!

    dont eat as much sugars and dont eat alot of carbs...only a certain amount is healthy for a person

    grrr....u come on here saying u need to lose weight and slowly try to hint in tht ur not eating so itll get attention because ...oh help surprise surprise ur anorexia wow didnt see tht coming...ur gotta face it ur not gonna get tht much extra attention here because everyone comes onhere saying the same stuff look for help from friends and family if what ur saying is really true..

    My daughter is 5'5" and weighs 135 pounds. You are underweight and you seem to have a problem. Eating healthy and excersise should keep you in good shape! No need to diet!

    listen- im not sayin im anorexic- im sayin that i am big-i may not b clinically obese-but how can u say im thin wen u cnt c me? i have small bones n need to loose a bit of weight not a vast amount-not so much that im gonna die-just so i look nice n feel happy-i didnt want all this trouble- i wanted honest advice on how 2 loose weight sensibly n im stickin 2 that sensible diet-im not bein stupid wiv it-OK!!

    people gave you some advice...not everyone.

    "i need advice on how 2 handle not eatin!" not eating wont make you feel better at any means, and it wont make you look good. so take advice from the people that seems to give it in a rash manner or go to teen health sites and they will give you a few tips

    In one of your poems it says that doctors say you're anorexic. If that's true, you're anorexic and should not be thinking about dieting. We (girls, women) always look better with curves. If you think getting down to a boney size will make you feel better, good luck. You should not lose weight unless you actually need it. If the doctor says you are at a healthy weight, you should not diet. I'm 5'2" and i weigh more than you. If you think you're big, i must be obese, but yet i'm told by my doctor that i'm at a good weight and should not go any lower. At 5'5", you should be at least 125 if not more.

    I think the 125 pounds is about right!! I look at pictures of models that are in thesame agency as my daughter and they look aweful!! Just boney as it can be and just disgusting!! My daughter is curvey which makes her beautiful!
    But then, doesn't any mother say that??? LOL

    flippin heck, im 5.2" and should weigh 9stone! so you should be weighing more than me....dont consentrate on losing weight, concentrate on toning up...really helps.

    i ussed 2 have eating issues and then when i was made 2 put on weight i think they made me put way too much on and 2 fast too, now I weigh more than id like and i want to loose a bit but not go back down 2 what i was- i dont want to be stupid with it and get ill, just to look nice-ok!

    Then exercise and eat less junk food. Dont skip meals or things like that. Just tone up, you'll get more muscle and maybe look and feel better.

    Yeah, when you're toned and muscular, it's a lot better then being boney. My cousin is 5'3" and weighs 97lbs. My whole family is worried about her because she is too thin. Do some weight lifting and sit-ups, and crunches. It will tone you up. Just don't go over board.

    Yeah. My mother is Nancy, and as she said. I am 135 pounds and 5'5". I am curvy, and I have big bones. I think someone who has smaller sized bones but is 5'5" should atleast wiegh 115, else it looks like you are anorexic. I mean, it kind of hurts...Your the same hieght as me and you wiegh way less then me...It's like calling me godzilla, and I am not.
    You need to learn to be happy with yourself!
    But to the advice...lol. Well, I would say working out and excersize and eating right should do the trick. Just eat your normal 3 meals a day with fruit as a snack in-between.
    Not eating adds wieght, long story. But if you eat a big breakfast, a small lunch, and a big supper and work out atleast an hour a day you will tone up. Running is a good thing to, along with walking. Muscle wieghs more then fat, so if you gain wieght it is muscle...Just know that. I hope I helped. STAY HEALTHY!

    you dont seem fat ,but acuttlay getting tan , can make you look skinny-er , sounds weired , but its soo true , nd just eat less like make your meals smaller , and eat less junk food and sutff, nd workout , but not too much cause , then you might get too skinny , or get obbessed with working out.

    Food has nothing to do with losing weight unless you're eating very unhealthy food, and enjoy candy for breakfast..but that's also a way to get cavities..Heh.

    Go outside..and run, for 2 hours, a day, do push ups, sit ups, and vertical excercises or chin ups, every other day..

    Even if you are under-weight, you will gain weight from that, muscle weighs more than fat.

    Then be proud. Lol..

    ^Running for two hours is a bit obsessive. You don't want to over exert yourself. I'd say a half an hour run is good. Even an hour walk.

    when you are hungry..just eat some protine/vitamin stuffs..with no fat..or low fat..

    and do some jumping more..dance around..walk more...go out more...and stay happy!!!
