Actually, the first sign of madness is tiny hairs growing on the palm of your hands.

The second is looking for them.

I have 5 characters all registered at this one site. In the little chat box I treat them like multiple personalities, switching my name to whichever one I'm currently working on.

Dyne: I'm considering killing Rachel; she's a useless character...
Rachel: I told you they're out to get me!! I told you!! See, I'm not just paranoid! They really are out to get me!!
Lev: Dyne, please don't kill Rachel. She's a mommy, what would Ashley do? Imagine how sad she would be... Why'd you kill Kevin?
Ashley: Please don't kill my mommy.
Dyne: Shut up!! Shut up!! I'll do what I please!
Maddock: Not if I arrest you first...
Dyne: Not without a fight first!

And that, is a glimpse into the constant jibber-jabber inside my head while I'm thinking about what I can do with my characters… Lev and Dyne are my favorites. Ironically, they are the most extreme characters, one being the leader of a extremely violent prejudices side of the sites war, and the other being a genius child at the age of 8, who’s already been through a lot and willingly defends everyone, even if he knows he’ll get hurt in the process… Okay so Leverett is my favorite fave, unless Dyne gets to murder some one.

    Sorry, I ranted.

My 8th Grade Teacher always told me...

It's ok to talk to yourself, and it's ok to answer yourself, as long as when you answer yourself you don't jump and say "Who Said That!?"
