Well, I don't know how good this poem is, but I thought I'd post it.

Here is the poem.

I sit here alone in the dark,
just thinking of you.
I know you are somewhere out there,
But aren't thinking of me too.

All of our memories,
Have just faded away.
And I know there isn't a chance,
I'll see any other day.

Sometimes I wonder,
What it is you were thinking of.
When you told me this was best for us both,
I know you weren't thinking of our "love".

You meant so much to me,
You were my only reason.
But your love was cold,
Like the winter season.

Everyone around me,
Told me that it was all fake.
But now you are gone,
And I've had all I can take.

i feel this is my most unusual poem i usually write about sadness and love but this is about disability its different so please at least read it thnx

Two Drowning Lover's Hearts

A cool autumn mist
Lightly caresses my shoulders
As we walk
Along the leaf-ridden path

I lightly peck your cheek
You smile (A picture of true beauty)

The forest sighs
For she is jealous of what we have.

As we walk
Along the colour coded path
The rain is no longer soft
But fierce

We talk...
The way that stars meant for lovers to talk

We can only hear a slight
Pitter-patter
Far in the distance

You laugh (Angel's laughter)
I take your hand
As we walk
Toward destiny's core

You smile
(A picture of true beauty)
The forest laughs
(Remembering the happiness of true love)
The rain softens once more
(Sensing that we are already drowning without his help)

For your smile is enough
To flood the world with
Euphoria
And drown any man's sorrows

The rain stops...

And you turn to me and ask:

"Did you hear something?"
