Birth control and depression dont mix

Ive been suffereing from depression for about 6 months...ive had my ups and down going back and forth betweeen mild and severe depression. I was doing pretty good when i started on birth control and a less then a week later i was miserable. Has anyone else experienced this?

Have you talked to your doctor about this. Maybe your meds are just not doing you any good. I have heard before that some birth control pills can mess up your mood.

its most likey a chemical inbalence...just like any other med. Some just dont go well together and some are ok to take together. talk to your doctor cause they are able to fix it.
