I've Got a Question for Everyone.. Need Your Opinion!

This may sound confusing, but here goes:

If you knew who you were gonna marry in the future, even though you don't know the person now but you know you will marry him, would you still date other people in the mean time or wait for that person?

I'm mostly looking for opinions from Christians girls, JUST because they might understand what I mean the most, but you have any opinion on my question I'd like to hear it!

^ sorry if that sounded superficial.. I'm not aiming to only hear Christian opinions though lol

Wel...it could also be that by dating one person, you would meet another, and therefore find the one you were meant to marry.
Also, how would you find the person you were meant to marry if you missed him because when he approached you to ask for a date, you responded "No, I'm waiting for my future husband" and the one you just turned down WAS your future husband.

If you are going to date, don't do so off-handedly, love the guy enough so that he would seem to you to be your future husband in disguise! :-)

Could you expand on this a little more please? Do you mean that you saw him walk into the room one day and BAM...you knew that was the guy you were going to marry....now you just need to get to know him?

Or do you mean that you have this guy in your head, but you just haven't found him yet?

If it's the first one....then get to know him. Simple as that. Find out if he is the guy for sure...beacuse once you get to know him....things might change.

If it's the second one...then date girl!! How are you ever going to find Mr.Right...if you don't take the chance?

i think everyone should date as much as they can b-4 they meet that special someonr that way by that time u've experienced many relationships already and knowing they didnt work out makes u appreciate that someone more.

well i think dating would come first, its natural no matter who you are. but still keep in mind of that special someone who is out there. but dating is kind of how you figure out who u want, who u need and what kind of people can be ur friends and can be ur soul mates. it also tells what kind of people u get along with. so good luck...

I understand what you're saying. And I don't have a boyfriend or anything right now. I never have actually lol. But I know in my heart that this guy is the one for me, so why would I date anybody else? I'd have to date him of course, eventually lol, even though right now is not the right time.
