Poetry Game

Here is a game worth playing.

One topic is offered by the post above. Seeing as how I will be the first post, I will give the first topic:

    Ego

With this topic, the next person to post will write a poem. The poem can be short or long. It can also be any type of poem: Haiku, , sonnet, ode.

The more complex the writing, the more experience gained by the writer. No points or competition are involved in this game, only wit and poetry.

*Edited doe to rude reply of poster, so decided to delete and prove a point as to how much of a disaster his "game" is."

*Edited in dedication to the newly coined word: "doe"

It is only a disaster from your point of view. Just now, I made you learn a valuable lesson about using grammar and NOT making up words. You are welcome.

Top Sloth, have you ever read Thomas Hardy's poetry? He made up most the words in his poems, and besides, you knew what it meant didn't you.

    Jordan, what's Eggo?! Lol.

I have not read Hardy's poetry, but I find it funny that you mention him. I am currently reading Jude the Obscure- great book so far.

As for making up words, it seems that "largening" was written down with the thought of it being an actual word. The author did not show that the word was simply "made up". It looks like a mistake more than an intent.
