Definition of Love.

Just curious to see how people would describe REAL love.
Not the sissy stupid 2 week relationships teens have these days.

REAL love eh?
mmmm lets see, I would say when you have found someone who you know is the one for you, your soulmate and that person feels the same way...then they are in love. It will show through all the years together...not all happy years but the hard ones as well. Love is not perfect that is for sure and real love comes with the bad times and the good times, and when you can face both sides and still be together you are in love. I feel that I have found my real love and we have had some hard times but we have had some great times too :)

for me REAL love is.. trusting each other 100% knowing that neither of You will intentionally hurt the other, because If they were to, it would break their own heart and hurt themselves even more.. it is wanting to spend the rest of Your life with that person, whatever life throws at You, knowing that You will overcome any problems however difficult, together and never against each other.. REAL love is the One who holds You in thier arms and makes all Your worries disappear just by being there.. REAL love is together forever, through good times and bad, through sickness and in health and anything else that is thrown at You.. REAL love to me is Billie ^^^ who I will love unconditionally, trust forever and be there for, whatever the cost or hurt to me.. thats what REAL love is to me xx

I once wrote a poem that kinda describes love.. it's called "Love Vs. Infatuation" That's what I think.

Real love...doesn't come easy. Everyone looks for it. Its only once in lifetime to love somone that you really trust and care. Sometimes nobody would understand you, but only you and him/her only understand it. Now isn't that a funny thing? You'll know it when it is real love between the two of you only when you feel it or see it.

The best definitition of love can be found in the Bible.
