ok so...recently a neighbor started gettin a bit 2 close-i meen it started as just hugging me and now he's started taking photos and filming me n stuff but i hardly know him, n he;s measuring me n stuff, n i was kinda uncomfortable, so i told ma foster parents and they phoned him 2 tell him 2 leave me alone, but now he's calling and theres so many arguments and i didn't want them 2 phone, but they insisted, n now i feel its my fault n i dnt no wot 2 do.

No, you did the right thing. He could have tried something. You're foster parents are right to look out for you even if it does cause a few problems. If he does anything more, they should consider getting the authority involved/ He sounds like a sex offender.

When you feel something is your fault, repeat after me, "It's not" What you're feeling is normal and yes he could have done osmething worse. Somebody taught me something, and it kind of works. When you feel as if eeverything is your fault close your eyes and say, "This too shall pass." Just as everything else bad that might have happened did.

That has to be paedofilia then, and he can get in major trouble for that. If it gets any worse, or even now - you should report him!

i just feel awfull coz its like-i caused all the arguments between them by tellin my foster parents and i know his kids coz theyre always comin round 4 me 2 take them to the park n stuff, n i don't want to loose this coz his little girl whos 10 calls me her foster sister, i dont no wot 2 do 2 mend it all.
