Love poem ... need help plz plz plz

Hey,
Well id love if you could help me with something.
We have to do speeches in english and i want to do it on teenage love ... i want to have a poem ... half at the start and the other half at the end if you know what i mean. I just cant find the right poem ... itd mean so much to me if you could help me ... ohhh and its supposed to be handed in on ummm thursday so i kinda need the help now lol

It's not that hard to throw around a few words with rhymes.
Heart/Apart.
Love/Above.
Pain/Again.

And so on :]
