okee heres the situation. im 15 and i like this guy whos gonna be 19. i mean i like him a WHOLE lot but my mom said no cuz hes too old. then again she let me, him, and 4 other ppl go out on a group date when she knew id be hangin out with him. it really irritates me though because i dont know what to do!! and im pretty sure he feels the same about me because he calls me hun and says he'll miss me when he leaves and gives me a big hug and tells me im beautiful and he loves me. that sounds like he does. but please i need advice... should i go with my heart or respect my moms wishes? ( p.s. i tried to sit down and talk to her about it and she wouldnt listen)

parents don't say no because they want to hurt you, they say no because they love you and can usually judge what is best for your future happiness. You are only 15, your mom has at least twice your life experience...you should ask her to tell you why she says no. Her explaination might make sense IF she takes the time to explain that is.

haha he wants to get in your pants... funny.

uhm.. arwen's right.. your mom's right... love is CHOSEN. he can CHOOSE to love another.. and you can, too... the end of love isn't the end of the world.. besides, you're two worlds apart at the moment...

I wouldn't recommend dating somebody who is 4 years older at this age, you're at completely different times in your life. And I know that parents tend to come up with dumb rules, but I can see where your mother is coming from in this case. Best wishes to you.
