I know what the iambic pentameter is, and i want to attempt to write a poem, using it. but before i attempt this, i'd like to take a look at a couple of modern poems that uses it.

Can anyone give me a link to one or two please?

    “But soft!/ What light/ through yon/der win/dow breaks?” - Romeo and Juliet
    “A horse!/ A horse!/ My king/dom for/ a horse!” - Richard 3.

Those are a few examples, dunno if that's what you were looking for or not.

well ideally, i'd like a whole poem. but i want to take a look at something modern, as all i seem to be coming up with is Shakespeare's sonnets - but thanks anyway.

i wrote a poem with iambic pentameter, its called 'but now i am found'

'do not go gentle into that good night' is a poem by dylan thomas which uses iambic pentameter, not sure how modern it is tho but definately more so than shakespeare!!
