should i forget about him????

Ive known this boy for like 3 or 4 years now and we've liked each other since we've know each other...we never got serious... it fells like he gives all these gurls a chance but me!!! and i know he really cares about me and wants to be with me but i fell like he doesnt want to settle down anytime soon so he just keeps us as friends so whenever he's ready im there... he tells me all the time that im different from other gurls and that he wants to be with me... but i cant wait forever it kills me to know he's with other gurls and not me i mean why???? I dont want to be friends with him bcuz it hurts me to know i want to be with him and he just doesnt at this time....and i cany get over it if he's still there.... i think i sound selfish but its just how i feel....

What should i do ??? should i just forget about him and end our friendship??? or keep getting hurt???? plz help me give me your advice....

If youve known each other that long and he hasn't tried anything then he probably just sees you as a good friend. He may care about you, but in a different way then he would a girlfriend. Besides going out with someone you've been friends with for that long is dangerous. You should enjoy your friendship with him which will last alot longer then any relationship would.

You need to tell him how you feel. ^I agree that he might have feelings for you, but in a different way. He might just see you as a best friend. Either that or he doesn't want to risk getting involved and losing your friendship. My advice is to talk to him, and tell him how you feel about the situation. You won't get any answers unless you ask him straight out.
