That Feeling..

You know that saying that everybody's heard: "Can't breath, can't sleep, can't eat" etc, so on and so forth? To me that always sounded so far fetched and just, well, I don't know if stupid is the word I'm thinkin about, but yeah. Somethin like that. But anyways, lately I have been feeling that, and wow, it's true! I really can't eat and there's like, this ache in my heart. I kinda feel stupid for feeling it.. it's a long story.. but yeah. I literally can't eat. And the funny thing is that I'm so hungry I'm almost sick but the thought of putting food in my mouth is almost like a chore because I just don't want to (and I love my food lol)

I don't know why I felt like sharing this.. it's pointless really. Just wanted to share with someone, because I can't really talk to my friends about this stuff lol. Any thoughts? No thoughts?

I know that feeling, i've had that feeling, but you can't starve yourself. Maybe your mind is telling you, you can't eat, but you're going to wind up in the hospital. Without food, our bodies don't get the nutrtion they need, so they tend to shut down. I know how you feel, but don't cause yourself harm because of it.

I agree with punk. It is great to know and feel that you are in love, i have been there before. But don't starve yourself over it darling.

^^Awww, that's sooo sweet. Do you mean to say that you are in love?? *does a dance* I am very happy for you. Love is a great thing... call me stupid, but I love it when I'm so distracted by something that all my sugar cravings go away. I make sure to eat food, but I don't need chocolate or those other things..

SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATION OF "THAT FEELIN.." the reason you don't feel hungry is cos when you have "that feelin...", in that period you are producing a hormone which makes you feel SO HIGH and in love and ADDICTED. its called dopamine and its quite addictive, i bet you feel like eating chocolate cos it feeds your addiction? thats cos chocolate has those chemicals which trigger your happy hormones (as well as nicotine-but it don't mean i'm asking you to smoke in order to stop thinking about this guy or start eating!!lol!) similar to "that feelin" you've been having! so this may be the reason you may not feel hungry cos you are craving for something else, something else to feed your addiction.... the thing that you FIRST SAW WHICH triggered the release of the addictive dopamine in the first place. go to him, and tell him off for releasing a highly addictive chemical in your bloodstream. maybe you could get him sued since you have lost your appetite... :). i don't wana get in trouble.. this is no way a professional scientific explanation to your no-eating. so thats the geeky answer, i hope it explains some of the stuff. lol!
