I'd say I rather have not fallen in love because it hurts so much not being able to be with that person.... what do you all say?

I'd say ive rather been love then not loved at all because even though love does hurt....the memories of being loved, cared for and cherished will never go away...

I would have rather been in love and lost than never loved at all... what i had with my first b/f was true love and a great love like i have with my current b/f, but it was a different kind of love... it taught me to grow, and without that i wouldn't be the person I am today... loving and losing is just part of life along with heartbreak, and it's what helps define your character.

I would rather have loved and lost.. if i hadn't i wouldn't have my kids.. and the 2nd time I wouldn't have gained a great friend (even though she was a cr*p partner).. and 3rd time lucky? yep I believe so.. well worth the pain of the last 2 :D

i'd rather be loved and lost than never loved. wen i was a little boy i thought i wouldn't ever be in love with anyone, and i thought love sucked. i mean getting in love then getting hurt. but this girl changed my mind. (but i have been crushing on ppl but not love) so yea, she really changed me but it didn't work out. so now were apart and, well, i thought i can't live without her, but here i am, living! lol if she didn't left, i wouldn't learn how to get hurt. it's a new thing i'm learning. and i'm happy i'm learning it!

    ^ wow that's a lot! :P :) sooooo bored LOL!

when you fall in love, your giving yourself over to the possibility of getting your heart broken. its one of those feel and act decisions. you cant go around your whole life being cautious. everything has a consequence. and when you accept that, i think youll be alot happier as a person.

let yourself fall, even if you dont get caught.

I suppose it's better to have loved and lost. The ideal situation would be to love and be loved, but I guess ya can't have your cake and eat it too right.

By the way Brian, that's such a typical male thing to say. It made me laugh, thanks I needed it.

Loved and lost because whether you wind up hurt or not, you know you had love. If you are never loved at all, you might always feel an emptiness. Just a thought...

loved and lost... if you push everyone away, because you're scared of someone loving you, you may never get close enough to the spark which fills your void, and comletes the jigsaw of your heart. :-)

i say its better to love no matter what...love is what makes life worth living! im in love with someone who will never love me back :( but still, if i had the choice to not love them, i dont think i would take it... because being in love, even if it breaks your heart... makes life worth living! xXx
