well this is my second contest, but my first isn't done yet......but anyways, i want to make another one...it's kool to make contest (especially making friends with ur contestants!)!!!!! i'm not sure if there's a reward for this...so...sorry, if it doesn't. well i'll comment it and vote...i guess. that's for sure. well the rules are here down bottom!

2) about dark, sad
3) it's ok if there are cussing
4) i want it to be like if you're angry, pissed off, mad, revenge, rage, etc. (so if ur in a happy mood, i guess u don't belong here, except if u can cover up ur feelings and be angry for a moment..lol)
5) express yourselfs here, if you have a bottled feelings, take it all out in your poem!
6) rewards, i'm not sure

Chaotic

Hushed secrets cached beneath septic skin,
Anemic bones tormented from pain within,
Enhanced nerves tremble blood streams,
Tarnished tears gush upon open wounds,
Chaotic mindset awoke believable dreams.

Isolated visions engulfed muzzled thoughts,
Taped skeletal frames escaped triple knots,
Languished emotions controlled innocence,
Injected fears revealed unknown past scars,
Chaotic mindset hushed in complete silence.

Narcotic fumes consumed troubled airways,
Fainting portraits stood strong on displays,
Collapsed future stared fear into the eyes,
Regretful memories flashed beyond lights,
Chaotic mindset prayed for final goodbyes.

Somber Walk

Shadows tracing trees of bloody leaves
Engulfing the Bright moon in brilliant red
Dripping gold from bags of thieves
Watching as bound young witnesses bled
To the night goddess their cry decieves
Who still lives and who will be dead
Oracles crumbled, shimmered and shattered
Pieces of evidence soaring and scattered

Past massacres and abandoned dread
Past serene castles where flowers bloomed
But traces of vain courting still shred
Any other joyful emotion that loomed
To darkness it's blissful smile is fed
It's old memories and future consumed
Till nothing but seeds hid in the ground
Afraid of thirsty demons coming around

Here lies photos revealing inner pain
Gathered from walks near and afar
Every glimmer of hope has been slain
Destroyed by the Idea of who we are
Cast into fire of this forbidding ordain
Burning tints of emotions raw
Mercy shows no pity on these days
Tangled together in decaying dismay

Homeless Veterans

We see them sleeping in the alleys
Cardboard boxes are their homes
Dirty faces, hands and bodies
Upon their backs, tattered clothes are worn.
Help shelters are forbidden fruit
For they hold thieves and liars
Taking all that you possess
And more, if they so desire.
So on the streets the solemn trod
As they try to find themselves
They got lost somewhere upon
The government's top shelves..
They fought the wars, on foreign land
As freedom's eagles soared
But then we spat on their return
And they questioned what they had fought for.
These proud few, who we had sent
To fight, we have lost track
They've fallen hard into the dark
And got lost in the cracks.
Don't think they don't remember
Or notice when you turn away
Because they see your shudder
When you pass them every day.
You'll smile as your step quickens
You'll throw some change sometimes
But have you ever thought of them
Or is the pittance just to ease your mind.

I was ranting and raving when I wrote this.. I hope it's ok.

Nothing

Lost, broken, aching hearts are scared to sing,
Everything is lost, everything is a dream.
Confused in reality, screaming aloud,
Nothing is right, no one is proud.
The hearts scream out a terrible cry,
Never wanting to believe blackened lies.

Hates this family for it's hurting touch!!!!

Young girl, sobbing in her bed.
Hiding from family conflict, once again.
Its midnight..minutes passing like hours.
Shes still listening to the arguing, coming from down the hallway.
Clearly hearing the painful voices, hurting words, broken screams.
Laying there in the darkness of her room, she wants it to fade away.
Hugging her pillow tight, tears gradually soaking through.
Clocks ticking..shes watching the minutes slowly changing,
Minutes passing like hours, waiting for the minute where it will be soundless.
Brother is yelling..those hurtful words.
Mother is crying..doesn't know where she went wrong.
Father is silent..uncertain of what to say.
Young girl wants it all to stop!!!
She loves this family so much..
She hates this family for its hurting touch.

mine not really that mad and raging but i do hate family conflict like hell!!!
