well it's nice to know what you written in all 4 languages.I really don't know much or should i say any thing about Dutch ,French and Russian but i do know quite a bit about german for i've been studing german at Goethe institute.
so my dear friend i hope you don't mind my saying so

in german "Du" is used to call poeple whom one is already familiar with like friend..
so sentences like

what is your name? -Wie heissen Sie?
where are you from? - Wo wohnen Sie?

should be the ones that are normally used,because usually those type of questions are asked from poeple who are not that familiar.of course what you written is also gramatically correct but practically i dout.

isn't "Alles Gut" means something like "is everything fine".that i would like to know from you.
