Is it right?

Is it right to make my friends happy at the expense of my own(happiness)?

Hm.. That's a hard question..

I can be really stubborn sometimes and put myself first.. which if you really think about it.. sometimes you NEED to do that..

But I always try to put my friends and family first..

There is no law that says you have to make your friends happy all the time. So no, you don't have to sacrifice your happiness for them. Especially if they don't appreciate it.

It all depend on how they react to it. If they expect it, don't appreciate it, and don't appreciate you, then it's not right, if they appreciate it and try to return the favor, then it's okay.

i think its right if its only for your best friends. i have two best friends and i am ready to sacrifice my own happiness for them even though there not sharing the same feelings with me.
