Trying to find a particular poem

A friend sent me a wonderful poem a while back but I lost it and can't remember the title, author, or enough of the precise text to look it up.
It was erotic (but not graphic), and the image I remember was a comparison between a woman's hunger for her man and a baby's hunger to be nurssed. In the poem, the woman unconsciously beats her arm against her lover like a baby will beat his arm against his mother's chest - the same combination of greed and joy.
